s^d Assembly unto the Gou^r & Councell of Virginia w^th all pos-
sible speed they may.
And Lastly Jt is Concluded on, that for the mutuall satis-
faction of both the s^d Gouerm^ts That the Gou^r & Councell of
both Collonies, shall bee sworne solemnly, by Commis^rs ap-
poynted on eyther side, to take their Oath, to doe their vttmost
endeauo^rs to cause the s^d Law for stinting (if confirmed) to bee
duly executed, according to the true intent & meaning of the
propositions.
