Kitchen 10 x 8 all in good repair except the pizza which is
out of order Smoke House Frame with milk celler 12 x 12
in good order  Poultry House 14 x 16 out of Repair

Carriage House 18 x18 with shed attached 8 x 8 in good order
Granary and cow shed all under the same Roof 50 x 20 feet
with Loft over the whole in good repair Barn 30 x 21 feet with
corn crib attached 8 x 21 feet in fair condition stable
22 x 24 feet in very poor condition old Log corn House 9 x 18
feet old carriage House 10 x 17 feet both in very poor order
Machine shed 21 x 25 feet in very bad repair

There is on the corner of the farm nearest the vilage of Still Pond
a Store House 16 x 24 ft two storys with an addition of 8 x 24
feet one story there is a celler under the main Building almost
new Store House we estimate at twenty dollars annual Rent
which amount added to the sum of $450) the estimated value
of the farm make the sum of $450)

In accordance with the requirments of the above warrent
the undersigned on the second day of december one thousand
eight hundred & seventy one after viewing the real Estate
of Richard Spencer Wickes Robert Wickes Maria Spencer Wickes
in common with Charlotte A. Shouf James P. Wickes Mary
A. Wickes Martha S Wickes

On Easterneck Island do return as their estimate the Rental
Value thereof at Fifteen hundred dollars per Annum
We would recommend the cultivation as follows  For
corn 1872 school house field & lawn said to contain 110
acres same to be sowed in wheat in fall For corn
in 1873 Cabin cove field and orchard containing 95 acres
cabin cove field to be seeded in wheat For 1814
the walnut tree field & lot adjoining ninety two acres
(92) in Corn
                   The buildings are in good repair the fences
not good  No stock or farming impliments  There is an orchard
of apple & Peach trees some 10 or twelve acres also a small
tenement house and garden
