Sixty dollars Given from under our hands and seals this
fourth day of November eighteen hundred and seventy one

We the Subscribers appointed by the Orphans Court for
Kent County to view the estate of M. F. Joshua S. George W.
we and Joseph S. Clark minors in the hands of R. M. Clark
acting Guardian and to estimate the annual Value
thereof do hereby certify and return that we have viewed
the Estate of said minors and estimate the annual Value
of the Farm at four Hundred and fifty dollars $450) or one half
of all the grain fruit and other produce raised on the farm
out side of the garden of which the said heirs are each entitle
to one seventh of two thirds of the aforesaid sum or Rent
The farm is situated near the vilage of Still Pond on the
Public Road leading to Betterton containing about one hundred
and six acres Devided and cultivated as follows
One field 15 acres a lot of 5 acres and a Lawn of 3 acres now
seeded in wheat makeing as we suppose   23 acres
One field 15 acres & old apple orchard
one to go in cord
One Field of 15 acres to go in oats
One Field in Grass
Makeing 4 fields 1 Lot & Lawn in cultivation
Peach orchard in bearing about 1000
Trees but supposed to have enclosed
In marsh and wet land
Wood Lot about a half mile distant
Garden Yard &c 2
Makeing in full
The fenceing is all in good order
The garden is enclosed with rouslet Pailings in
very poor condition

There is upon the premises a Fram dwelling of 30 x 16
feet two story tow Rooms Below & two above stairs
The garrett is also occupied as loafing rooms there is a
shed in rear of the main building 22 by 18 feet with
one room below and one above stairs Pizza in front
of the main building full length Kitchen and
Pantry attached 27 x 11 feet one story shed room in rear of
