.In accordance with the requirments of the above warrant the
undersigned on the twenty sixth Day of Febuary one thousand
eight hundred & Seventy two after vewing the real Estate of
Henry Clay, Edward Ellenora and Herbert Lusby

    Mansion House 46 by 18 two Rooms below 18 by 18 Passage
9 ft Second story 2 Rooms 18 by 18 Cloth Press Garret 2 Rooms
not Finished in good repair Kitchen 24 by 18 including Pantry
two Rooms above in tolerable repair.  Hen House 19 by 14 in good
repair.  Carriage house 24 by 16 in good repair Corn Crib 12
by 24 in bad repair Granery 18 by 20 in bad repair Barn 24 by
40 two story Corn Crib 10 feet in the end in good repair Stable
22 by 32 two Story in tolerable repair Cow Shed 12 by 50 in
Tolerable repair milk House 10 by 10 meet House 12 by 12
in Tolerable Repair

       The Farm is supposed to contain 305 acres Divided
into six Fields Orchard & Garden the Orchard is of very
little account the wood land is supposed to be about
fifty Five acres

       And we fix the annual rental value of said Farm at
a money rent of nine hundred dollars

year aforesaid

                Kent County Orphans Court February 20th 1873
On application of R. J. Lusby Executor of John Lusby
and acting guardian to Henry Clay Edward Ellenora
and Herbert Lusby minors to this Court to nominate and
appoint two skillfull and discreet persons to view and
estimate the annual value of the real estate of said minor
do appoint Benjamin F Beck and William W. Stephens
to enter on the view the same and return an estimate thereof
under their hands and seals Specifying the state of repair
and annual value thereof including any working beast, Stock
and utensils thereon belonging to the said minor and proper to be
based with the land and also what dwelling houses out houses
orchards gardens medows inclosures and other improvements
all on the land is in their estimation in woods how much
of the arable land is to be cultivated annually in rotation
they first having taken the Oath hereunto annexed) and make
return thereof to the court within three months from the date ^thereof^
