We the Subscriber appointed by the orphans court of Kent County
to View the Estate of the Late Lawrence M. Strong having first
duly Qualified met on the premises and having meassured the
Building Main House 20 ft by 46 ft six large rooms and stair
way and 10 ft Pasage the lower part 20 x 30 ft Kitchen and Pantry
below 4 rooms above Celler 30 x 20 ft in good repair Barns
30 x 45 ft corncrib 6 ft on the end 6 ft x 30 the ballance in Grainary
room the whole of uper part in Grainary in Good Repair Stable 30 x 50
with 12 stalls with good large loft all in good repair one shall
house on one portion of the Farm carriage house 16 x 24 with
loft above in good repair Hen house 16 x 30 in good repair
one good circular Ice house in good repair

    one meat House 10 x 12 in ordinary repair The Farm being in
4 fields 2 Lots Peach orchard about 24 Hundred tress 3 years old
bearing one Pear orchard 1400 hundred trees about half
in bearing  The fenceing in fair Repair

We estimate a money Rent at $1200.00/100 Twelve Hundred dollars
and at a proportionate Rent we estimate one half the wheat
corn and oats one half the peach crop one half the Pear
crop and one half the Potatoe crop if more than 400 five
bees Planing

The undersigned being duly authorized and sworn as will appear
by the annexed commission to Value the real Estate of the late
JohN Clark of Kent County and State of Maryland beg leave
to report that we intered upon the said ^land^ situate in the first
election district of Kent County and State aforesaid the same
being an undivided two thirds interest in about thirty six
acres of land which is described in the last Will and Testament
of the Hannah Greenwood of the county and state aforesaid
and divided to the said John Clark and Thomas Clark
as tenants in common the said land has a poor soil
and bad Fenceing Buildings also Poor in consideration of
which we have valued at fifteen dollars per acre makeing
in the whole Five Hundred and forty dollars Two thirds of which
would make three hundred and sixty dollars

We hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a just and true
Valuation of the two thirds interest of John Clark dec in certain
real Estate above described as far as the same has come
to our sight and Knowledge amounting to three hundred and
