84 Back Granary almost useless Tenant House on Thomas Farm 16 x 18 with shed Room 12 x 16 in good repair Tenant House on Toddy Hall 14 x 16 good repair Divided into five fields of unequal sizes to be cultivated according to the best Judgment of Landlord Peach orchard containing about 5000 trees in full bearing Pear Orchard containing about 500 trees not in full bearing & small apple orchard of young trees garden enclosed with pailing in ordinary repairs Part of fenceing on Toddy Hall Good Balance of fenceing on two farms bad In Witness whereof we have set our hands and seals and hereto annexed our said appointment and the oath by us taken this twenty third day of October Eighteen Hundred and seventy one H. Beck (seal) To the Honerable The Orphans Court for Kent Co we the undersigned appointed by the Orphans Court for Kent County to view and estimate the annual value of the Real Estate of Emma Greenwood minor respectfully report that we have entered upon and viewed the said Real Estate which we find to consist of a lot of land situated on the North west side of Queen Street in chestertown adjoining the Property owned and used by the Methodist Protestant church in Chester town as a pastorage said lot front about Fifty five feet on Queen Street and has a debth of about two hundred feet There is on said lot a Frame Dwelling two storys Heigh the main Building of which is about 18 x 48 feet and back Building about 16 x 36 The said house we find to be in good repair being nearly new We do therefore appraise the annual value of said House and lot at two hundred lars $200) Witness our hands this Fifth day of December ^A.D.^ 1871 Wm F.
