Born in 1934. Board of Directors, Atlantic General Hospital Foundation; Ocean City Development Corporation (chair, art committee). Founding member and chair, Ocean City Beautification Committee. Founding member, Winterfest of Lights. Member, Republican Women of Worcester County; Delmarva Republican Women's Club. Member, Ocean City Art League; Gray Shore Committee Task Force; Lioness Club, Ocean City. Past chair, Ocean City Chamber of Commerce; Ocean City Downtown Association. Citizen of the Year, Ocean City, 1990. Governor's Leadership in Aging Award, Commission on Aging, 2013. Maryland Senior Citizens Hall of Fame, 2015. Woman in History, Worcester County Commission for Women, 2016. Member, Holy Savior Catholic Church, Ocean City, Maryland. Widow; four children, five grandchildren. Died in Berlin, Maryland, December 17, 2015.
