Born in Salisbury, Maryland, October 22, 1960. Washington College, B.A. (economics & sociology), 1982; Perdue School of Business, Salisbury University, M.B.A., 1987. President and Chief Executive Officer, W.R. McCain and Associates, Inc., a real estate valuation and consultation company, 1988-. President, Wicomico Rotary Club, 1996-97 (assistant governor, area 5); Fruitland Parent Teacher Association (PTA), 1998-99. Member, Greater Salisbury Committee; Board of Directors, Peninsula Regional Medical Center, 2013-18 (chair, 2013-15; honorary life member, 2018-). Member, Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerc. Past member, Board of Directors, Mid-Delmarva Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA). Chair, Corporate Board, YMCA of the Chesepeake, 2018-. Volunteer youth sports coach. Rotarian of the Year, Wicomico Rotary Club, 1997. Board of Trustees, Trinity Church, 2013-18 (past member, pastor advisory committee; past chair, administrative board). Married; two children.
