Administrator, regional director, and senior vice-president, Meridian Healthcare and Genesis Healthcare, 1973-93. Past president and chief executive officer, Health Management and Consulting, LLC. Board of Directors, Maryland Association of Orphans' Court Judges, 2007-18. Board of Directors, American Health Care Association. Fellow, American College of Health Care Administrators. Past President, Health Care Facilities Association of Maryland (past chair, service corporation). Past president, Rotary Club of Easton; Isaac Walton League. Past chair, Talbot County Chamber of Commerce. Past member, Board of Directors, Waterfowl Festival; Family Support Center; Talbot County Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA); Maryland State Chamber of Commerce; Martingham Utilities Co-op. Community Service Award, Talbot County Chamber of Commerce, 2013. Married; two children. Died in St. Michaels, Maryland, August 2, 2018.
