Attended Calvert Hall College High School, Baltimore, Maryland. Served in U.S. Army (Korean War). Loan officer and regional government affairs director, Beneficial Finance Co., 1957-98. University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B., 1961. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1963. Attorney. Member, Baltimore City Bar Association. Man of the Year, Maryland Republican Party, 2002. Married; three sons, five grandchildren, one great-grandson. Died July 5, 2022.
