BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS

The Board of License Commissioners regulates the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in Queen Anne's County (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 27-101 through 27-2802).

In Queen Anne's County, the Board's five members are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to four-year terms (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 27-101 through 27-206).
