Shore Leadership, Class of 2000. Served in U.S. Coast Guard (22 years). Project Manager, Renewable Energy Education Center, Delaware State University. Adjunct Professor, Delaware State University. Former first officer pilot, Florida Gulf Airlines, Inc. 1st Vice-President, Maryland Association of Counties, 2017- (legislative committee, 2011-18; tax subcommittee, 2011-18; board of directors, 2014-18; treasurer, 2016; 2nd vice-president, 2016-17). Founding member and treasurer, Democratic Club of Kent County. Member, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association; National Naval Officers Association; American Legion; National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP); Kent County Chamber of Commerce. Past member, Board of Directors, Maryland Broadband Cooperative, Inc. Member, Mt. Olive African Methodist Episcopal Church, Worton, Maryland. Married; two children, three grandchildren.
