BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS

The Board of License Commissioners regulates the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in Garrett County (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 21-101 through 21-2802).

In Garrett County, the Board's three members are appointed by the Governor with Senate advice and consent to six-year terms (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 21-101 through 21-205).
