Executive Director and legislative agent, District of Columbia Dental Society, 1975-82; Maryland State Dental Association, 1982-87. Past liaison between U.S. Social Security Administration and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of the National Capitol Area. Past director, Finance Office, George Washington University Medical Center. Past executive director, District of Columbia Dental Society; Maryland State Dental Association. Past internet manager, Frederick Nissan. Member, Rotary Club of Frederick; Frederick County Farm Bureau; Historical Society of Frederick County; Frederick Coffee Club. Past member, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce (chair, regional sports commission task force). Past chair, Inaugural Frederick Annual Marathon Race Committee. U.S. Senior International Olympic Coach; formed USA Weightlifting Strength Development Center, Frederick. Inducted into Weightlifting Masters Hall of Fame. Man of the Year, Kiwanis International, 1978. Member, St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Utica. Married; three children, two grandchildren. Died in Mount Airy, Maryland, April 11, 2012.
