Born in Wilmington, Delaware, April 5, 1941. Attended Preston High School, Preston, Maryland. Served in U.S. Coast Guard. Retired field superintendent, Department of Natural Resources. Member, Maryland Association of the Judges of the Orphans' Courts. Married; one child; two grandchildren. Died in Easton, Maryland, March 13, 2018.
