Member, Maryland Register of Wills Association, (past president; chair, automation committee, 1992-). Member, Friends of Calvert Hospice (past president). Member, Calvert County Democratic Club (treasurer); Calvert County Chamber of Commerce. Treasurer, Mount Harmony United Methodist Church Building Fund. Widow; four children, eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
