The three-member Board is appointed by the Governor with Senate advice and consent to two-year terms (Code Local Government Article, sec. 13-911; County Code, secs. 9-101 through 9-119).
Appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to four-year terms, the Committee consists of five members and two alternates (Code Criminal Law Article, sec. 13-701 through 13-709).
Three members make up the Board which is appointed by the Governor with Senate advice and consent to two-year terms (Code Local Government Article, sec. 13-915; County Code, secs. 9-201 through 9-210).
