Emergency medical technician, American Ambulance System, 1983-93. Former inspector, Eastern District Department of Public Works, Baltimore City. Tenant advocate, Public Justice Center, 1992. President, Madison East End Improvement Association, 1995. Member, Baltimore City Democratic Central Committee, 2006-10. Board of Directors, Historic East Baltimore Community Action Coalition, Inc. Married; four children, two grandchildren. Died in Baltimore, Maryland, August 18, 2024.
