BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS

The Board of License Commissioners regulates the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in Allegany County (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 9-101 through 9-2804).

In Allegany County, the Board's three members are appointed by the Governor to six-year terms. The Governor names the chair (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 9-101 through 9-206).
