Former member, American Trial Lawyers Association; Maryland State's Attorneys' Association; Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys' Association; Maryland Public Defenders Association. Member, St. Mary's County Democratic Central Committee, 1974-78. Law Instructor, Wor-Wic Community College, 1990-91.
