Served as Paratrooper and Special Agent, Counter-Intelligence Corps, U.S. Army, 1961-64. University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1971. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1972. Attorney, Bennett & Hayman. Member, Maryland State Bar Association; Somerset County Bar Association. Former member, Board of Directors, Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture. Died in Prescott, Arizona, September 27, 2024.
