Assistant State's Attorney, Baltimore County, 1981-94 (chief, district court division, 1991-94). Member, Drug and Alcohol Abuse Council, Baltimore County, 2004-16.

Born at Fort Carson Colorado Springs, Colorado, 1956. Attended St. Paul's School for Girls, Brooklandville, Maryland; Denison University, B.S. (psychology), 1978; University of Baltimore Law School, J.D., 1981. Law clerk, Sexual Offense and Child Abuse Unit, Office of State's Attorney, Baltimore County. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1981. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (criminal law & practice section council, 2004-20; board of governors, 2013-15); Baltimore County Bar Association, 1981-2020 (law day committee, 2012-20; Maryland State's Attorneys Association. Member, Towson Presbyterian Church. Died in Baltimore, Maryland, November 9, 2020.
