Law clerk to Judge Philip M. Fairbanks, Montgomery County Circuit Court, 1973-74. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (alternative dispute resolution section; bench bar section); Talbot County Bar Association. Board of Directors, Mid-Shore Pro Bono, Inc., 2005-. Pro Bono Award, Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence, 2007.
