Born in Hagerstown, Maryland, 1934. Attended Hagerstown High School; Washington and Lee University, B.A., 1956; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1958. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1958. Member, Maryland State Bar Association; Washington County Bar Association (president, 1977-78); National District Attorneys Association. Died in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, July 3, 2025.
