Attorney for City of Fairmont Heights, 1973-75.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, 1933. Attended Greenbelt High School, Greenbelt, Maryland. Served in U.S. Army, 1954-56. University of Maryland, B.A., 1959; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1963. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1965. Member, American Bar Association (parole committee, 1973); Maryland State Bar Association (pro bono committee, 1985). Recipient of service awards, Prince George's County Charter Board, 1970. Member, Civitan, 1984. Tutor, Literacy Council, 1992. Died June 30, 2019.
