University of Baltimore, A.A., 1953; University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B., magna cum laude, 1955. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1955. Member, Howard County Bar Association. Member, Heuisler Honor Society. Died in Ellicott City, Maryland, July 5, 2024.
