Born in Baltimore, Maryland, June 25, 1930. Attended Baltimore City College. Served in U.S. Air Force, 1951-55. University of Baltimore, A.A., 1956; University of Baltimore School of Law, J.D., 1958. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1958. Member, Maryland State Bar Association. National College of the Judiciary, 1975 (faculty advisor, 1978). Died in Baltimore, Maryland, January 4, 2000.
