Member, House of Delegates, representing Baltimore City, District 4, 1958-62. Member, Legislative Council, 1961-62; Legislative Council Committee to Study Capital Punishment, 1962.

Member, Governor's Commission on Provident Hospital, 1960.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, January 13, 1929. Raised in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Served in U.S. Army. Lycoming College, Williamsport, Pennsylvania; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1953 (editorial board, Maryland Law Review). Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1953. Partner, Wartzman, Rombro, Rudd & Omansky, 1955-89. Member, American Bar Association; Maryland State Bar Association; and Baltimore City Bar Association. Died in Pikesville, Maryland, November 17, 2020.
