Member, House of Delegates, representing Baltimore County, District 4, 1967-70. Member, Ways and Means Committee, 1967-70. Chair, Baltimore County Delegation, 1967.

People's Counsel, Public Service Commission, 1970-71.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, April 4, 1932. Attended Baltimore City public schools; Baltimore City College; University of Baltimore, A.A., 1956; University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B.,summa cum laude, 1959. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1959. Member, Maryland State and Baltimore County Bar Associations. Died at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, July 19, 2009.
