Born in Washington, DC, July 9, 1938. Served in U.S. Marine Corps, 1955-59. University of Maryland, B.A., 1963; University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1969. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1969. Member, Maryland State and Prince George's County Bar Associations; National Council of Juvenile Court Judges; Metropolitan Council of Family and Juvenile Court Judges. Anselm Sodaro Judicial Civility Award, Maryland State Bar Association, 2001.
