District Administrative Judge, District Court of Maryland, District 10, Carroll County, 1982-90 (Associate Judge, 1980-82).

Born in Westminster, Maryland, June 13, 1929. Attended Westminster High School. Served in U.S. Marine Corps, 1946-48, 1950-51. University of Baltimore, 1959-64; University of Baltimore School of Law, J.D., cum laude, 1967. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1967. Member, Maryland State and Carroll County Bar Associations. Past Director of Employee Relations-American Operations, Black and Decker Manufacturing Company (employed by Black & Decker, 1951-75). Former chair, Carroll County Republican Central Committee. Widower; four children, four grandchildren. Died in Westminster, Maryland, February 1, 2012.
