Barrett, Baltimore County Circuit Court, 1962-63. Attended Mt. Vernon School of Law, LL.B., 1963. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1963; U.S. Supreme Court, 1968. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (council member, family & juvenile law section, 1972-78, 1981-87); Baltimore County Bar Association. President, Maryland Association of Counties, 1962. Died in Towson, Maryland, September 26, 2016.
