Captain, U.S. Naval Reserve, and Senior Reserve Military Judge, U.S. Navy, 1995-96. Judge, U.S. Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals, 1996-2000, 2003-07. Served over 37 years in selected reserve. Law clerk to Judge Ernest A. Loveless, Jr., Prince George's County Circuit Court, 7th Judicial Circuit, 1972-73. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1973; District of Columbia, 1976.
