Law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Frank A. Kaufman, 1977-78. Admitted to Massachusetts Bar, 1978; Maryland Bar, 1984. Of Counsel, Foley, Hoag & Eliot, 1988-89 (associate, 1978-79).
