CREATIVE PRODUCT SERVICES & COMMUNICATIONS
Origins of Creative Product Services and Communications Division trace to June 2005, when Product Development Division, Creative Services Division, and Research and Planning Division all joined to form Product Development, Creative Services and Research Division. In January 2008, Communications Division was added to make Product Development, Creative Services and Communications Division. In 2009, it was renamed as Creative Product Services and Communications Division. In July 2011, it merged with Sales Division to form Lottery Division.

CREATIVE SERVICES DIVISION
In June 2005, combined with Product Development Division and parts of Research and Planning Division to form Product Development, Creative Services and Research Division.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS & AGENT ADMINISTRATION
In Jan. 2014, divided into two units: Customer Relations, and Agent Administration.

CUSTOMER RESOURCE CENTER
Under Administration, Finance and Operations Division, abolished in July 2011.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Renamed Customer Relations - Customer Resource Center.

DATA PROCESSING
Under Information Technology Division, renamed Systems and Programming in 2002.
