ELECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS & FIELD SUPPORT DIVISION
Division provided technical support for voting systems to State and local election officials in administering elections.
Disbanded by July 2024.
ELECTION REFORM & MANAGEMENT DIVISION
Division worked to improve election process for voters, upgraded voting systems, and prepared voting materials for both absentee and provisional ballots. To counties, it also provided election-related supplies, such as polling place signs and other items to make polling places accessible. In addition, Division helped local boards of elections recruit and train election judges and poll workers.
Disbanded by July 2024.

In Feb. 2013, Division functions merged with Election Management Division to form Election Reform and Management Division.

VOTING SYSTEMS DIVISION
Division oversaw operation of statewide uniform computer voting system.
Voting units were tested by Division which provided them to local boards of elections for use on election day. Division also oversaw acquisition, upgrade, and use of electronic pollbooks at polling places to verify names and addresses of eligible voters.
Absorbed into Information Technology and Security Division in 2020.

In February 2013, Election Management Systems and Field Support Division originated as Field Support Division under Information Technology and Security. It merged with Election Management Systems to become Election Management Systems and Field Support Division by January 2024.
Election Management Division organized in 1998. Functions of Election Reform Division were merged with Elections Management Division in February 2013 to form Election Reform and Management Division.
Created in 2004, Election Reform Division was formed to oversee implementation of federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (P.L. 107-252).
