Born in Chestertown, Maryland, October 15, 1986. Attended Kent County High School, Worton, Maryland; Frederick College; Chesapeake College. Former certified medic, rescue driver, and firefighter. Formerly employed in Emergency Medical Services, Queen Anne's County, and in 9-1-1 Systems (emergency telephone number services), Kent and Queen Anne's counties. Former member, Governor's Homeland Security Advisor Executive Committee, National Governors Association. Life member, Rescue Squad, Chestertown, Kent and Queen Anne's counties.
