President and Founder, Victims' Rights Foundation, 1996-. President, Maryland Branch, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, 1995 (president, montgomery county chapter, 1993). Governor, District 7620 (Central Maryland & Washington, DC), Rotary Clubs, 2017-18. Married; one child.
