Supervisor of English, Foreign Language, and ESOL, 1992-98, and of Curriculum, Staff Development, and ESOL, 1998-2000, Wicomico County Public Schools. Director of Curriculum and Professional Development, Wicomico County Public Schools, 2000-05. Member, Phi Delta Kappa, 1980-2005; Maryland Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, 1985-2006; Eastern Shore Reading Council, 1986-2005. President, Association of Public School Administrators and Supervisors, 1996-97 (vice-president, 1995-96). Member, Advisory Committee, Eastern Shore Institute for the Advancement of Thinking, Salisbury University, 1999-2005.
