(landscape architecture), magna cum laude, 1979; University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., with honors, 1991. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1991. Licensed landscape architect, and attorney. Land planner and site designer. Project manager, Poffel & Walker Real Estate Development, 1987-91. Associate Principal, Site Resources, Inc., 1995-2006. President, Tesseract Sites, Inc., 2006-16. Founding member, North Central Republican Club (vice-president, 1990-91). Committee member, Dulaney District, Boy Scouts of America. Soccer Board, Lutherville-Timonium Recreation Council. Coach of girls and boys soccer, baseball, and softball. Married; seven children.
