Former member, Board of Directors, Dimensions Healthcare System. Woman of the Year, Berwyn Heights Boys and Girls Club, 1998. On October 17, 2019, Ms. Gaines pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to one count of wire fraud. She will be sentenced on January 3, 2020.
