Member, Republican State Central Committee, 1978-81, 1986-90, 1994-97. Maryland Executive Director, Senator Robert Dole for President, 1987-88. Executive Director, Maryland Republican Party, 1988-89 (legal counsel, 1987-88). Delegate, Republican Party National Convention, 1988, 1996. Board of Directors, Chesapeake Center for the Creative Arts. Board of Directors, Maryland Underage Drinking Prevention Coalition (MUDPC). Member, Maryland Coalition Against Crime (MCAC). Member, Advisory Board, Salvation Army of Glen Burnie; Knights of Columbus Council 7025; Linthicum-Shipley Improvement Association; Citizens Advisory Committee, Overlook Elementary School.
