Highlights of MACID's Regional Public Forum

The Governor's Office for Individuals with Disabilities advisory council (MACID) held a public forum in Cambridge, MD at the Delmarva Community Services Building on June 20, 2001. Two sessions were held so that residents of the eastern shore could attend both during the workday ( 3-5 pm) and after normal work hours (6-8 pm).

Letters were received from residents with concerns that the Council wanted to address, as well as to hear other concerns. The forum sessions were well attended. There were also exhibits by MD TAP, the Maryland Accessible Gas Pump Program and others.
