In June next then and there to give Evidence on Behalf of his
Lordship ## the Lord Proprietary against a certain James Wood
of and concerning his Begetting a Bastard Child on the Body of her
the said Elizabeth whereof he is presented and not depart the same
Court without Licence

                      Memorandum the said Elizabeth Small together
with Matthew Pope her Mainpernor from the force and Effect of the
Recognizance afsd so as afsd taken before the Worshipfull Robert
Yates are Acquit and Discharged


                      Be it Remembred that on this day to witt the Second
Tuesday in March afsd Jonathan Willson and Edward Burck
Return to the Court here the Subsequent Commission with the
Depositions & Certificate thereunto annexed

                               Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary
of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of
Baltimore &ca  To William Middleton Jonathan Wilson John Estop
Edward Burch of Charles County Gent

Whereas William Wilkinson is Seized of a Tract or Parcell of Land
Called Priors Cleve lying in ^the^ said County did on 11.th Day of
November being on the Thirty Second year of our Dominion &c.a
Prefer his Certain Petition in writing to our Court that as to
Say to our County Court held at Charles Town in and for
he said County on the day aforesaid Before Robert
Hanson Gent and his Asseciates then and still our Justices
within our County aforesaid &ca for Comission to Examine
Evidences to Prove and Perpetuate the memory of the Bounds of the
said Tract of Land According to the Directions of the Act of Assembly
Late made and Provided Know ye that we have given you any Three or
Two of you (nor being any way Related to the Petitioner Contiguous
Proprietor nor Interested in the said Land and
having taken the Oath Prescribed by the above named Act
of Assembly) full Power and Authority to Examine upon
