Robert Francklin his Certain Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns
the Just sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Eight pounds of good
Sound Merchantable leaf Tobacco in Eight Cask to Contain the same and a Sistin
Roling or duly Assist me in Collecting the same and likewise Assist me in Roling
at or upon the Twentieth day of February Next Ensuing the date hereof then the above
Obligation to be Void and of none Effect Else to Remain in full force and Virtue
