(382) March Court Anno Domini 1747 Penn is Convict &C.a and that he should have then and there that Writt &Ca And now here at this day to wit the second Tuesday in March afs.d the sheriff afores.d Return to the Court here the Writt afs.d thus Indorsed Viz.t Cepi Corpus Tho.s Hungerford she It was Commanded the sheriff that he should take William Robertson Garnashee of Edward Murphy late of Charles County Planter if &C.a and him safe keep so that he should have his body before the Justices of the Lord Proprietary of his Next County Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next to satisfie unto James Middleton and Ignatius Gardiner Executors of the Last Testament and Will of Vincent Askin Late of said County Merchant Deceased as well the sum of six shillings Currency in the Court of the said Lord Proprietary before the Justices at Charles County afs.d were adjudged for their Damages which they had by occasion of a Certain Promise and Assumption to them the said James and Ignatius Ex.rs afs.d at Charles County afs.d made & unperformed which to the same James and Ignatius Executors afs.d of their assent were adjudged for their Damages in this part laid out and Expended by occasion of a Certain Promise and Assumption to the said James & Ign.s by the said W.m Garnashee afs.d whereof the said Wm Garnashee afs.d is Convict &C.a and that he should have then and there that Writt &Ca And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d the Sheriff afs.d Returns to the Court here the Writt afs.d thus Indorsed Viz.t Cepi sat.d the plf Thomas Hungerford she It was Commanded the sheriff that he should take James Livers late of Charles Co.ty Joyner if &C.a and him safe keep so that he should have his body before the Justices of the Lord Proprietary of his Next County Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next to satisfie unto Edward Sanders as well the Sum of Twenty Pounds sterling which to the said Edward Sanders in the Court of the said Lord Propry before the Justices afs.d was adjudged for his Damages which he had by occasion of a Certain Promise and Assumption to the said Edward Sanders at Charles County afs.d made and unperformed as also Three Hundred & Twelve Pounds of Tobacco w.ch to the same Edward Sanders of his assent was adjudged for his Costs and Charges about his suit in this part laid out and Expended by occasion of a Certain Promise and Assumption to the said Edward Sanders by the said James Livers whereof the said James Lewis is Convict &Ca And now here at this day to wit the second Tuesday in March afs.d the sheriff afs.d Returns to the Court here the Writt afs.d thus Indorsed Vizt Cepi Corpus Thomas Hungerford she |
