Thereupon the said John by Jeremiah Chase his Attorney Comes and Prays
that the aforesaid Joseph ^he^ being a non Resident in the County afs.d may give secy for
the Costs which the said John may Expend in Prosecuting his suit according to the
Rule and Practise here
                                              Whereupon in Court here Henry Darnall of Charles
County Gentleman becomes Pledge and Security for the afs.d Joseph that in Case
the said Joseph discontinue the Plea afs.d against the same John or in the same
be Nonsuit then he the said Henry yeilded and Granted that all and Singular
the Costs which to the afs.d John should be adjudged of his Lands and Chattles should
be made and Levied unless the said Joseph Noble should Pay and satisfie the
same to the same John Marten or his body in Execution by Reason thereof
