November aforesaid Comes here as well the said Theophilus as the said John by
their attorneys afs.d and the said John by his said Attorney prays farther leave
to Imparle here to until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second
Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Theo.s
here &Ca
                      At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here
as well the said Theophilus as the said John by their attorneys afs.d and the said John
by his said attorney Prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court
to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June and he hath it and
the same day is given to the same Theophilus here &Ca

Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said Theophilus as the said John by their
Attorneys afs.d and the said John by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle
hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in Aug.st
and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Theophilus here &Ca

by their Attorneys afs.d and the said John by his said attorney prays further leave to
Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday
in November and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Theophilus here &Ca

At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said
Theophilus as the said John by their attorneys afs.d and the said John by his said attorney prays
further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Net Court to be holden at Charles Town
on the Second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same
Theophilus here &Ca
                                  And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d
Came as well the said Theophilus by his attorney afs.d as the said John by his attorney afs.d
and the said John by his said Attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &Ca

Whereupon all ad Singular the premises being by the Court here (according to the Directions
of the Act of Assembly in such Cases late made and Provided fully seen heard and understood)
and due Deliberation had  It is Adjudged and Decreed that the said Theophilus Swift
Recover against the said John Muschett as well the sum of Sixteen pounds five
shillings and Three pence Currency for his Damages afs.d as also the sum of
                                                          for his Costs & Charges by him about his
Def.t in mea   Suit for this Part laid out and Expended and the said John in Mercy &Ca

Judgment for Plf

This being an action upon the Case for the Recovery of Damages according to an
Act of Assembly of this Province against the Transportation of Persons out of this
Province without Passes brought by the said George Riddell against the said
Henry Thompson   Whereupon the said Henry Thompson was by virtue
of a Capias Ad Respondendum Returnable before his Lordships County Court on
the Second Tuesday in August In the year of our Lord Seventeen Hundred & forty five
Arrested                              And the said Henry by Philip Key his attorney
