At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said
Falkner & Muschett Garn.s as afs.d as the said Robert & Uxor by their attorneys afs.d and
the said Falkner & Muschett Garn.s as afs.d by their ^s.d^ Attorney prays further leave to Imparle
hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in
March and they hath it and the same day is given to the same Robert & Uxor here &C.a

At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here s well the said
Falkner & Muschett Garn.s as afs.d by their said attorney prays further leave to Imparle
as the said Robert & uxor by their Attorneys afs.d and the said Falkner & Muschett
Garn.s as afs.d by their said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the
Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March ^June^ and they
hath it and the same day is given to the same Robert Whythill and uxor here &Ca

At which day to wit the said Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said Falkner &
Muschett Garn.s afs.d as the said Robert & uxor by their attorneys afs.d and the said Falkner
and Muschett Garn.s afs.d by their said attorney prays further leave ti Imparle
hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in
August and they hath it & the same day is given to the same Robert & uxor here &Ca

At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said Falkner
and Muschett Garn.s afs.d as the said Robert & uxor by their attorneys afs.d and the said Falkner
& Muschett Garn.s afs.d by their said Attorney prays further leave ti Imparle hereto
until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the second Tuesday in November
and they hath it and the same day is given to the same Robert & Uxor here &Ca

Falkner & Muschett Garn.s afs.d as the said Robert Whythill & uxor by their attorneys

                                  And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d
Comes here as well the said Falkner & Muschett Garnashees aforesaid as the said
Robert and Uxor
                                     Whereupon all and Singular the Premises being by
the Court here (according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases
late made and Provided) fully seen heard and understood) and due Deliberation
thereupon had  It is adjudged and Decreed that the said
