(341) Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said Corn.s as the said William by their Attorneys afs.d and the said William by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle here to until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Cornelius here &Ca At which day to wit the second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said Cornelius as the said William by their attorneys afs.d and the said William by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Cornelius here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said Cornelius as the s.d William by their attorneys afs.d and the said ^Wm^ by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Cornelius here &Ca At which day to wit the second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said Cornelius as the said William by their attorneys afs.d and the said William by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Cornelius here &Ca And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Came as well the said Cornelius by his attorney afs.d as the said William his attorney afs.d and the said W.m by his said attorney Comes & defends the force and Injury when &Ca Whereupon all and singular the Premises being by the Court here (according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases late made & Provided fully Seen heard and understood) and due Deliberation thereupon had It is adjudged and Decreed that the said Cornelius Recover against the said William as well the sum of Two pounds Thirteen Shillings and Ten pence Currency for his Damages afs.d and so the sum of Charges by him about his suit in this part laid out and Expended and the said Def.t in mea William Clements in Mercy &Ca
Charles County ss.t Robert Whythill late of Charles County Gent was attached to Answer unto Cornelius Sandford of a plea of Trespass upon the Case And whereupon the same Corn.s by Jeremiah Chase his attorney Complains that whereas the said Robert the Twenty fifth day of August In the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and forty Six at Charles County afs.d was Indebted to the said Cornelius Sandford In the Sum of Eight Pounds Ten Shillings and Eleven (Pence) |
